Princeton at check-out works at CVS Lake Drive Pharmacy. He is very helpful, kind and polite. Plus, the store has a good selection of items I use.

A few years ago I never had any problems with this location. Now every time I try to get my script there’s always something. I’ve had the drive through take about an hour, medication not in stock, slow experiences, oh and currently been on hold for now 30 min. I don’t know what changed but this past year’s experience has sucked. I would avoid filling medications at this location. It is worth driving a little farther for a much better experience.

Since the Chemist Shoppe at Blodgett shut down and all those prescriptions and customers were moved to this nearby CVS, this pharmacy has been a nightmare to visit.Revolving staff and long wait times are just the beginning. They will not answer the phones, sometimes not even from other pharmacies. Trying to escape this pharmacy is nearly impossible because when you try to transfer your meds, the other pharmacy can’t get ahold of CVS.When you walk in (because otherwise you’ll be waiting an hour in the drive through) the techs will likely be talking trash about another customer, lengthening your wait time.Once you can get to the register and talk to someone, it moves smoothly, but there seems to be very little rush between customers and there’s never enough staff to deal with the volume of business this pharmacy now gets.Take your meds elsewhere until CVS can hire enough people and pay them enough to stay and care.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. 1 star isn't low enough.This CVS doesn't answer their phone. Ever. (And, as I learned today after calling another pharmacy to transfer prescriptions, this CVS won't answer phone calls from them either.)The Chemist Shoppe was great. When Dave sold to this CVS, my customer experience instantly went down the tube. The CVS pharmacy staff was often inattentive and impatient in person. Today they added snarky to that, and so I'm done.I had been staying with them out of loyalty to Dave, but I refuse to continue suffering as a customer when the bulk of the CVS pharmacy staff doesn't care about the lousy experience they're providing.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Avoid.I had two separate instances in the past month where I put a prescription in, was told it would be available the next day and then when I went to pick it up was told that it was not available but would be coming tomorrow. Tomorrow then turned into the day after, and then the day after that, etc. I spoke to staff to try to understand what was happening, they had no idea and didn't seem to care.The first time this happened my condition got so bad due to not having my medication I had to go to urgent care. I should have learned the first time to not use this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has displayed a level on incompetence I have yet to come by in the medical industry. You'll die of old age before they pick up their phone and you will pay higher prices than anywhere else. This is literally the worst run pharmacy Ive ever had the misfortune to visit.
