We've been with Crystal Flash since 1993, and have never had even one issue with customer service. Delivery is on time, delivery people and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it is nice to pre-buy the LP for the year and lock in the cost.

We have been with Crystal Flash for many years and have our propane and farm diesel accounts with them. No concerns of any kind, Eric (our driver) is awesome and does an excellent job of getting to the farm within a day or so, if not sooner!!! Thanks everyone.....

Great company to work with.
Our building project was in need of temporary heat during construction.
I called out to Crystal flash.
From the first call, job site evaluation, tank set, billing, refill cycle.
Wonderfull, and professional.
Good to know that I have Crystal Flash there for the next build or customer referral

Needed to have my tank moved to facilitate some construction work at my home. CF was there within a week, and the field tech was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended propane company. Great job!

I've had them for a few years always paid on time spend about 2500 to 3000 a yearIn propane 1 time I needed them to come out for a next day fill.which was my fault I forgot to check on the warm weather we had spoke to a lady she said it would be under emergency fill for an extra 350.00. I'm in a similar costumer mobile service. I told her straight up that's price gouging. I can see a hundred bucks even 150.00. But that's absolutely absurd. So I told her I was switching then.they didnt even care .all I can say people if you want costumer service this is not the place. I will never use them again

The 2 stars are for how polite they were. We moved into a rental house and I called at just under 20%. I let her know how quickly it was going down and she suggested a system check and set it for many days out. I told her I didn't think it would last that long and she said we would be fine. By Friday I turned the heat down to 54 so the furnace would quit running and I cooked food that could be done in a frying skillet, no showers. The service guy came Monday bright and early and did a service check but had no propane and I was down to five percent. He told me I could have gotten propane before the service check and messaged someone to see when the propane was coming, only to find out it had never been ordered! I called and ordered it again and asked her to let me know when it was coming, she said she would call me back and never did. Got home from work at 2am to no propane, a winter storm coming and still can't turn my heat up? needless to say I'm very unhappy and cold.

There customer service is excellent but Crystal Flash has an app to monitor your tank, fills & bills which i was very excited to use. I cannot use the app cause my phone is too old and will not support the app. Be sure you have the latest Android or Apple device to use their app.SAD I cannot use it.

over filled my tank against my request and demanded payment. After countless calls, emails and letters demanding payment I just asked to have the overages removed from the tank. I come home and they removed the entire tank without my consent. Terrible customer service and company.

One of the drivers was driving incredibly recklessly behind me. We stopped at a red and he laid on the horn for no apparent reason. When we started going again the driver stared me down while driving at least 10mph over the speed limit on a busy road. I have no idea what his issue was, but road rage and harassment in a marked company car is a terrible look, even if an isolated incident.
