Ive been having consistent problems with them and their dealers. Their staff is friendly but does not know what they are doing. They took a week to get my phone even though they told me it would be at my house within 24 hours

Highly recommend. Have had their service for many years. They use AT&T towers, so have very good coverage, for a low price. Good customer service, too.

The sales lady when I visited yesterday and today I think her name is Rosie was extremely helpful and very friendly had good suggestions and really really help me out I'm an old guy so I needed that she should be the manager if she isn't I don't know how much she makes but I think she needs a pay raise more employees should be like her

I walked into the store with a sprint phone bill of 59$ every month and left with a plan for 4 unlimited data lines for 100$ a month. CRICKET IS THE BEST!!! Adrian was so helpful and sosososo kind. Ask for him and this man will save you lots and lots of money. Cricket for life!!!
