On 11/5/23 Sun 5:30pm*1star is due to not getting the receipt and not being able to get thru on the phone. *Otherwise it would have been a 4starI purchased a cell phone for a family member while I was in the Cricket/Woodland Mall. After driving away I realized that the receipt/ paperwork was not in the bag with the phone as I thought it was. Store was closed so I had wait until I returned home to call, been calling 6 hours no answer just recording.

I went there to get a new phone. After mallparking and walking through the mall to find them . NO One was there. I tried to call and said no calls were being taken.

Cricket has great signal everywhere. Better other competitors. Samsung A32 is a great phone and better than the iPhone in my opinion.

I am very upset and disappointed I came to cricket to talk about switching to a different phone and sat and waited for about 30 minutes before I got up and left because no one was at the kiosk or came to the kiosk in that time period. There was no note or anything saying they would be back. I will not be coming here again.

I Became disappointed with this Only Place in town for Service So I went to Battle Creek for them to Attend me this Kalamazoo didn't Oblige to my request of cancelling ....3 times they said yes I was done getting service from them and still my Bank Account.read that they continued charging Me So I Dropped them went up the Road to Metro PC's...I'm Happy Now and Metro Gavee A Free newer Phone .....Nice Huh.Crickett
