Very helpful/informative & nice front desk staff, wonderful nurses and doctors! I will always use this location for my DOT Medical Card! Usually very busy, but they make it work with as little wait as possible! Highly recommend!

The staff was so helpful. My phone went out and I could not access my information. This lady logged in their computer and retrieved my information and I was all set. They were all so patient and helpful from the front desk to the nurses at the back. By the way this place is clean.
