These people will go above and beyond. I arranged to buy a car on a Saturday morning. I looked at the car the day before on Friday but needed to line up the financing before I returned the next day to pick up the car. I reached out to Coldbrook after work hours on Friday explaining the situation and asked if it would be possible to get insurance on the new vehicle to drive it off the lot the next morning. They responded immediately and emailed me the proof of insurance at 10 pm. Exceptional customer service.

I am back with Coldbrook insurance after switching jobs. I am so glad that my new company was willing to move to Coldbrook. Laurie & Robin are AMAZING and are always willing to help and answer questions of me and my employees. Laurie worked with me for over 1 hour to answer questions specific to our organization. Robin never gets tired of sending me the same information that I previously requested after I lost it in my inbox :) and is so on top of getting insurance questions answered dealing directly with providers on our behalf. The whole staff at Coldbook has and is GREAT to work with.

Failed to inform health insurance policy was canceled due to nonpayment from Taylor Tooling Group. Employees were still having insurance money taken out of the paychecks for payment. Laurie Chappell knew the policy was canceled and did not inform any of the policy holders they had no health insurance. Almost 20,000.00 after non payment from Priority Health and 3 months later the Drs office informed us. Poor customer service and their part.
