Great care from Drs. Mike and Tricia. Staff was friendly. I drive a long way to bring my pets here; I did not want to change vets.

Saw the Doctor this morning for our cat's lab work. Very timely service and really explained details of the tests. Chris was very helpful too, and pleasant to talk with. Thanks so much!!!

Rude stuff on the phone..felt like I was a bother to her. Very sad because I remember when the staff was kind and welcoming.

We have begun to care for another pair of kittens, Pali and Poppi. Our other pair, Cedar and Gretzky, lived for 22 years with help from all the care givers at Coit Animal Clinic.

Been going here for over 30 years. Vets and staff are top notch. It’s a small office and they get busy, but all vet offices are experiencing staff shortages and not enough vets so sometimes you just have to be patient and wait. Prices are reasonable and care is great. We love it here. ♥️

Coit has helped me out in a pinch so many times I cannot even tell you.
Big love to Dr. Mike and the entire team.

Staff is always rude and whether you go in person or call they act like you are bothering them. The female doctor herself is nice. The rest should be replaced. Quit going there bc of this.

Editing my review as our experience with Coit Animal Clinic has changed over the past few years, after 10+ years with Coit as our primary vet.
In the past few years its gotten more and more difficult to get appointments. Appointments, most recently, were being scheduled *months* out. The front office staff has often made us feel like we're inconveniencing them, or they'd rather not schedule us at all (they've been quick to suggest we go elsewhere when they're booked up). I understand it's a small practice with 2-ish vets, but having to bounce three dogs and a cat between multiple vets is incredibly inconvenient and difficult.
Most recently, after scheduling my dog for a regular exam and vaccines, I received a call about a month before the appointment letting me know -- with no explanation -- that my appointment had been canceled and I would have to call in March (a month away) to reschedule. They wouldn't even offer to transfer my appointment, which I had already made. I would have to compete with all of the other people who's appointments they were also canceling, plus new appointments, to get my dog his routine exam. After 10+ years, this is just unacceptable.
They offered no explanation why they were canceling, but I later found out through a neighborhood group that the Dr. had some health issues and his daughter, the other Dr., was on maternity leave. I'm pretty stunned a better plan wasn't put in place, and that clients weren't notified (beyond "we're canceling your appointment"), and no offer was made to reschedule for those with appointments. Just absolutely terrible customer service for a neighborhood vet with a very loyal, long time client base.
They are affordable and the staff, when you're in the office, has always been good to great, but there's just too much unreliability.
It saddens me to say it, especially since Coit is walking distance from our house, but we will be taking our pets elsewhere from now on after years of declining service and disregard for clients.

Every time I call for something the staff makes me feel like I am bothering them or something. Unfriendly and sometimes rude. I don't feel valued as a client and I have decided to take my dog elsewhere. It's a shame.
