Cashier was VERY rude and seemed annoyed when we turned down her help. Snatched the items out of my hand and just did not seem happy to be there at all.

Went in with my boyfriend and the girl was nothing but rude she followed us around the store the whole time like we were going to steal something when I was just in a couple days ago and purchased and had no problems. Then we go to check out and she's absolutely rude to us and throwing pens in cup holders all snotty basically ran us out of the store for looking. Will be taking my PAYING business to Lovers lane.

I’ve been here so many times and have had a lots of help from the staff. I bought a pair of dancing heels a long time ago, and the employees there were so helpful. They keep their shelves stocked and the place tidy. They’re very knowledgeable about their products and love to help out their customers. I don’t have to go anywhere else cause I know they’ll take care of me whenever need be. I also love the fact that they don’t follow you around the store when you’re just browsing. Leave you be until you have questions or concerns.

Salesperson was very helpful & I bought exactly what I had in mind.They were well versed in inventory. The store was clean & bright It had a comfortable atmosphere. Easy parking.Very easy exchanges. I absolutely plan to continue shopping here.

Cashier is unskilled in Communication & business which leads to her being an argumentative staff member on the evening of 7/31/22 I the customer had to remind the cashier multiple times that “I’m not being rude or disrespectful so you shouldn’t either” It’s a sad day in business when the customer is deescalating the issue and not the staff member. I WILL NOT be returning to this company

Went to Cirillas at 8:50, open sign and lights were on but sign on door said closed.Clock said they’d be back at 9, we waited until 9:05 no one was there, we left as well as another customer who approached the doors

Great place and large selection (and I mean LARGE). I was able to find everything I hoped for, from the help of Dre. After taking the product home it was not working. Through trial and error I was able to get it to work. and with the help of my step daughter (Who is more technologically inclined than me) I was finally able to achieve an orgasm!

Honestly just bought a defective item from here, didn't find out it was defective until it was out of the package and had batteries in. I called the store to see if I can exchange it, they said I couldn't. Turns out the recipe says I can if I have the original packaging! I really don't want to be that person but what the f****

Dre and her team are amazing. My husband and I received stellar customer service and the staff is well-versed and knowledge of their products. They were kind, considerate, and helped us find what we were looking for! There were many other more expensive items they could have pointed us towards, but they listened to our needs and helped us find what was best for us. 11/10 would recommend going here for your intimate needs and questions!
