Christian Brothers (Dave) were awesome as usual with my Jeep situation. They got me in four days sooner than the dealership could and it was ready for me the next day. I loved the all points diagnosis link they provide with written explanations, videos and pics to show and explain what needs to be addressed, why it’s important, when it should be done along with estimates.They needed to replace my whole clutch in my Jeep, when I drove it away I thought I was driving a new vehicle. The clutch never felt that good even after I bought in 2011 (a few yrs old).These mechanics you can trust!

Got my car scheduled the very first day I came in, helped me get a cheap renter car for the days my car was in the shop and got my car fixed and ready to go within two days

UPDATE: Gave them another try and they were awesome! Very helpful and went out of their way to get me the info I needed. They were not able to help because the parts I need aren't made anymore. They will do whatever they can for you though!!I didn't use this business because they never gave me the opportunity. I called for a quote on specific work I knew needed done. The computers were down so they asked if they could call me back when the computers were working again. Never heard anything. I called back a couple of days later because I hadn't heard anything. I was told the gentleman who took my first call was busy and he would call, or probably text me the quote. I received neither. I have no idea how their work is because the customer service is so poor I took my vehicle to a shop down the road. A shop that returned my calls promptly.

Christian Brothers Automotive, like to make you or force you fix things on your car, you don't wanna fix. I GOT THE AUDIO RECORDING TO PROVE IT! Christian Brothers Automotive, They came up with a excuse saying it safety hazard. And we HAVE to fix it. And we don't wanna ruin our reputation. Okay fine, make people sign disclaimers one that issue. You don't tell consumer what YOU have to fix... I HAVE a right to seek a cheaper prize! You can strongly advise...yes! I record company like this. and yes acknowledge me recording... I'm gonna get in touch with crop.. with this. KINDA like violating your right in a way.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Grand Rapids, MI lied to my face about needing a set of 4 new tires.I went to the dealership for 2nd opinion and was told the tires were fine for a bit longer.Just bc they’re a Christian business doesn’t mean they act Christ-like.

I brought my 370Z in for an oil change. Jay and Dave were very polite and informative regarding options for my vehicle. In my short stay I was offered complementary beverages and updates about my cars progress. Highly recommended if you’re willing to pay just a touch more for great customer service, non-shady car work, and peace of mind when it comes to your cars health.Service: Oil change

I had a moon roof repaired for leaking.. They took almost 3 hours, used over a quarter tank of my gas to joy ride, & cost almost $200, just to have it leak a week later again.. Terrible service, & kind of rude as well after the service.. not to mention all my settings had been reset... Why is this?? Hmmm.. ?
