Our car broke down in the middle of a 3 hour trip. Christian Brothers in Plainfield Michigan was the nearest repair shop. Professional, fast, and reasonably priced, they had us back on the road in thirty minutes. My wife and I are very thankful.

I had a wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Auto on Plainfield. The turn around time was less than 24 hours and I never had an issue with communication. I scheduled my drop off after hours and was able to approve the repairs I wanted/needed by 9 am the next morning. Picked it up by noon. They were helpful in prioritizing what was most important and giving me a clear quote that did not mysteriously change by the time the work was done. I’m really grateful for the full diagnostic they did on my truck. Will definitely be back and be recommending to others in the community!

Had my underbody completely redone by Christian brothers and upon the return of my Ford. F150, they neglected to put the differential plug in and attach some of the wiring harnesses back to my engine. It was only vulnerable for approximately. One month and then completely went down. Took it to another mechanic and they had asked me where I had previously brought it and they had said. I would never bring a vehicle there again. And I won't and when I contacted Christian brothers about correcting the issue, they turned to blind eye to it. Horrible, horrible customer service.

They went way above and beyond for me today and took care of a problem my local Toyota dealership caused on a 2022 Tacoma.

I was very appreciative when I called and asked about some car issues. I was having while my car was at another auto shop. The man who answered the phone was very honest, even looked up information for me and was able to help me out with my car, even though he knew he wasn’t going to get anything from it because my car had already been Taken apart, and obviously it would be harder to tow shopping Grand Rapids. They gave me some really helpful advice that was able to help me accurately understand what was going on with my car and help me stand up for things that were being inappropriately charged and gave me information to stand by my request to lower price. When you don’t understand cars, it’s really intimidating to go to a car shop and when you have that feeling that something just isn’t right it is really wonderful that these people are willing to help you even though they know they won’t gain anything from it. I know next time I need a service done. I will definitely go to them.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Always honest and very polite staff. Today I went in for my oil change ( which was free - every 4th one is free BTW) :) and I was pleasantly surprised with a gift of a rose. Thank you to the staff who is always so friendly, knowledgeable and professional every time I’ve been in.

Just a bit disappointed to be honest. My husband Jason brought our car in and we got some work done. We were told we needed a whole new AC compressor with a recharge. We didn't end up getting that done because we still had the car under our extended warranty.
Fast forward to yesterday. Come to find out it wasn't the AC compressor it was some other part that needed replacement. Luckily all covered under our warranty.
We are just hoping.you guys were honest with the work that was done on our vehicle. We paid over $600. Not sure if we'd ever return to be honest.

I wanted to definitely update my rating to a 5 star. We got a phone call apologizing for their mistake and they refunded the $150 for I believe was the inspection of the vehicle. What an honest and amazing company. So awesome! They will definitely have our business again in the future.

These guys are great I made an appointment the day before for a noise I was hearing from engine , I drop it off and before I could get a ride they Diagnosed the problem very good customer service I would recommend to anyone, thanks Christian Brothers, update they miss diagnosed another problem that would have costed me 2k get a second opinion .

Extremely impressed with everything about Christian Brothers. This was my first time using them, and they were awesome from the first moment I stepped in the door. They were friendly, welcoming, and I love how they show you exactly what the issue is and their proposed fixed. Their system to approve repairs was simple to use and they were extremely responsive to any questions. Will continue to use them time and time again.
