It's a 3rd party call center that has a contract to perform customer service for Ego named Zedd Customer Solutions based in Toronto. It's not a professional call center as it seems to be a terrible customer service.Imagine getting your tools registered and you have an issue with it and you call the number thinking that your going to provide your information to Ego but your really giving your information to some 3rd party company with a bunch of Indians.Atleast get a different call center to work for you instead of this one because customer service is terrible

Their Customer Service Department should have a name change to just, "Customer" as there is NO SERVICE. Or better yet, "Customer No Service Department." After leaving 3 messages, which their vm said they would return the call within 24-48 hours, I continued to call, only to hang up after 30 minutes as I thought I should go on with my life, and hey...they said they would be calling me back. After 2 months I finally got a nice and helpful lady to speak with. Her "lead" was Andrew V. who indicated I had NEVER called! This company, or at least the Skil area is very unskilled in how to treat their customers. Or shall I say, former customers as there is no reason to purchase any other tools with their name on it. They offered to send me swag. LOL. As if I wish to advertise their company. btw, my problem, as I've read others have had was a leaking battery. Not a good thing for an electric lawn mower! Save yourself time, energy, and money. Just purchase another company's products and leave Skil alone.

No call back from EGO customer service, after 3 tickets open, multiple calls, and lawnmower at repair center on warranty for over 2 months. Very very disappointing

Cannot get in touch with a customer service representative to return parts. Have called four times - on hold forever, prompts for a return call or for you to leave your phone number don’t work. Nothing resolved .
