When you come in with a set amount of money it gets mishandled. Directed to another two tellers now almost $500 is missing neither teller was held responsible for it. They refused to view cameras after the money constantly being counted out none stop. Given different amount only for the teller who first counted to deny touching the money. However they refused to review cameras in state by the manager the cameras aren't for that and we don't have access to view them. In what world after year's of business.

I had a terrible experience last Saturday (November 20, 2023) with Courtney. She made small talk with everyone she interacted with, but when it was my turn for her to help me with my transaction, she did not say a word to me (which is fine- I don’t like small talk anyway, but don’t do it for everyone else and not offer me the same treatment). I handed her my passport as I couldn’t locate my drivers license and the check I was there to cash and explained to her I’m not a Chase customer but wanted to get a check cashed. Easy enough transaction, right? Nope, not for Courtney, who apparently is a bank teller by day and a PI by night. The check was for a small amount (under $100) as it was given as a birthday gift. Courtney clicked and clicked at her computer for seemed like ages. The check was issued to me by a Chase customer, so all she had to do was verify funds in the account, give me the cash, and I would’ve been gone. After she was done with her miscellaneous clicking, she asked “How do you know _____ and _____? (The issuers of the check). Again, I’m still wondering why I’m still standing in the branch with no cash in hand. I explained that the couple are my in-laws. She holds the check up to me and says “Well in the memo line it says for “birthday”, but your birthday was in July.” First of all: why is when my birthday any of HER business? My birthday was November 4th, but my birthday could’ve been July 4th and if they wanted too they could still give me a check in November if they want. But the kicker was she wasn’t even looking at the correct date in my passport; she was looking at the issuance date and when it needed to be renewed, not my actual date of birthday. The issuance date would’ve made me 3 years old, so how is she a banker if she can’t even handle basic math? I advised her to look at the passport more throughly and naturally she got embarrassed and apologized for the confusion, but it was then and only then that I was given the cash that I was there for. That transaction rubbed me the wrong was the entire weekend. I know bankers are supposed to be diligent in looking for fraud and whatnot but nothing about my transaction was fraudulent. I would never advise anyone do business at this location.

First time at this branch. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the service I had received. The teller(which i will not mention here)really didnt greet me to begin with.. which was already not the greatest first impression.I had to make a small business deposit and it took a lot longer than I thought it was going to. I didnt have any problem waiting.That wasn’t even the issue. The issue was that, for some reason, he grabbed two checks that were already on his desk and kept trying to deposit someone else’s checks into my account. I have no idea how he got my deposit mixed up with my cash deposit when I physically handed him my cash and the money bag for all the coins I had.It’s absolutely concerning the way he handles customers check and not paying attention with his work.I basically had to him that those checks weren’t mine and he said “everythings under control” with a bad attitude instead of apologizing.Very disappointed.
