Went in to pull out cash and couldn’t because this location has a limit. There are no people and only one ATM inside. They said I could take out some cash here and go to a chase that has tellers for the rest. Pointless location. Definitely looking to switch to Lake Michigan.

Bought a cellphone from china. It arrived broken. They refused refund. I filed dispute. Chase gave my money back then gave it back to China. I even have all of proof that phone arrived broken and China AliExpress and Cubot denied refund even though their policy states they do it. Did nothing.

Bank only does digital transactions. Need a debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay to get cash out. Essentially only an ATM location.

This branch has converted to a "super ATM" in the lobby and no longer has any tellers, at the desk or at a drive-thru. You can really only discuss loans here or do ATM transactions. You can't exchange currency any longer. I had an issue with my account, and had cash on me to resolve it, but my issue could not be addressed because the ATM did not accept my debit card and the bankers were only there to help with the machine or with loans... they didn't have the ability to process my cash at their desk. Very disappointing.

They got rid of their tellers, literally just have a single “smart†atm in the building. If I wanted an atm I'd go through their tiny drive thru that almost rips off the mirrors. This will be a failed business model I hope.

I make change here all the time for my business I walked in asked if I could have Change made, they wanted me to deposit into my own personal account to just change the bills into 1's and 3 rolls of quarters a total of 130$ and they said they would only be able to do 80$?????? Like one that's okay, two they told me I had to give them my account number to make change. MEANWHILE I have gotten change from them MANY times before and the old lady at the counter was doing nothing but hassling me. It's time to join a new bank when they act this pettyâ€

I used to have a bank account here. That was, until they screwed me. Long story short, somebody stole my credit card, and they said they would only refund 3/4 of the money spent. While this normally wouldn't be a big deal, I lost hundreds of dollars. Safe to say, I switched banks.
