The tellers and bankers here are phenomenal! Shoutout to the young teller with the glasses and curly hair (I forgot their name). They helped me with a transaction and they went above and beyond with their customer service. This made my experience very personable, and it made my day!

I will forever carry the memory of that distressing encounter with this location bank staff, the lady who with long-hair, treated me so discourteously.It’s a rainy day, when I done the inquiry in the Chase Bank and stood outside, much like I would outside any building, waiting for my friend to pick me up. A woman with long hair emerged and informed me that they were closing the doors, instructing me not to linger outside. I explained that I only intention was stand under the eaves to avoid the rain. I had no plans to enter the bank or approach the doors. But this lady was extremely impatient and had a very rude attitude, telling me to leave this place. She said it was Chase's private property, and I couldn't be near it, She even suggested me wait in the rain for my friend.I couldn't help but perceive a sense of discrimination stemming from her actions. She treated me as if I were a stray animal, shooing me away and leaving me exposed to the rain. My friend picked me up after half an hour, and I felt very wronged. I cried all the way home, and at night, I got a fever from being soaked in the rain...

Blonde teller was very rude, nice smirk on her face when I'm dealing with my father's passing. Don't go to this branch. I went to Huntington Bank and they were extremely helpful, and kind, they were also able to take my savings bonds, and I will now be banking with them and removing mine and my husband's accounts over. You just lost a customer!
