Makenzie was very helpful and informative helping me get checks for my passport. Friendly people are harder and harder to come by these days so it definitely stood out today

Very friendly service and my go-to Chase bank in Grand Rapids. IMPORTANT: The only way you can get through to the actual folks at this branch is if you dial the phone number, press 1 to indicate you’re a Chase customer, and then press 0#0#.

My car loan was through Chase. I needed to change the auto draft for my monthly payment, which meant completing paperwork, including a canceled check for the new auto draft account. I turned everything in at this branch to be updated. 4 months later I get an overdraft notification on the previous account. This Chase branch never followed through on my request, so I incurred over $100 in overdraft charges on the old account. In this era of so called relationship banking, this relationship is sorely lacking.

Should be able to call a bank and not receive a message saying they are not available and to call back. Call made 7/6 at 4:30 pm.

Good people and okay coffee. Everyone is always very cordial and helpful when I stop in. Great Bank to do business banking as well as personal banking with. Well laid out internet banking also unlike some of my other Banks.

They need to clean the house and start all over again. Hire a new manager and new staff. Give them a good customer service and common sense training. Maybe the reviews will be better. Go to the one downtown.

Alex crystal doesn't know what NO means. I told this little man to not do anything to my account, yet this idiot messed with my account. Now I must suffer and not get a goodwill that was wrongly taken from me. I have more than enough cash to pay the balance. I made it extremely clear that I was there to see what's going on with computer error and I wanted nothing on my account changed it touched.. yet Alex crystal took it upon himself to think no means yes. Ladies. Watch out for this little man. He truly believes that no means yes. You can never be too careful!!

Consumer BEWARE! Chase bank is the most useless bank in the banking industry. I purchased a car from someone who had a loan with Chase bank and at the local branch they can not release the loan it need to go through the corporate office. I was told that this would be faxed to the branch the next day. When I returned to get the release they said they would need to mail it. This was after I had paid 14200 to them for the car. So, I paid for a car I could not use. I exclateated it to the executive office and they were unable to help. I then filed a consumer federal protection bareau. They reached out to chase and responded with some response. I felt that my experience wit chase was unjustly handled. They withheld something I paid for over a week and a half. This experience from Chase Bank will prevent me from ever working with them again. My experience was I was lied to by the bank manager (possibly an over promise that she could not keep). I also filed a complaint on the better business bareau. To find they have a poor rating there to. My advice is BEWARE of Chase bank and anything they say.
