You have to make an appointment for simple things…can’t just stop in like other banks.Attitude by some people there.Many do the minimum to help.Don’t return phone calls.

This is the worst Chase branch I’ve ever been to,scheduled multiple appointments for the same issue and it never got fixed.Sonia was extremely unprofessional, she had to make a phone call for everything, what annoyed me the most was that she wasn’t even trying to help, didn’t listen to what I had to say and told me to call customer service. THANKS A LOT SONIA THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL???clearly you need more training.To be fair the branch manager was knowledgeable and Adrianna at the front was nice, but after a few interactions with this branch, I feel like they don’t really care about their customers.

I rather stuff my money under a mattress than to ever goto this unprofessional bank ever again. Extremely rude people who are racist. They do not like you if you explain to them anything that happened and have proof. They especially hate if you have proof. And will not help you. I canceled my chase account because I refuse to be bullied by a bank filled with mean smelly people! Seriously whole staff needs to be fired and re trained to be decent human beings who don't treat people differently ?

I had gone town to open up an account and had an appointment with Sonia Hartl. Must say that was a very convenient and quick account opening procedure and she was very friendly as well. I had arrived earlier than my appointment and the entire process took about 10-15 minutes.

I spent 30 minutes in line on last visit. Very unknowledgeable and rude staff. Three different tellers helped this day. All 3 tellers came back to window saying they couldn’t do what they said they could do and had to changed transaction 3 times. They also had a computer malfunction for 10 minutes also. A simple deposit and withdraw is all I want trying to do. Been with bank 5 plus years mind you. After being very understanding with situation at hand and the procedures a manager came to window, explained situation again, and also explained she could help but not till the next day. Again I was very understanding and asked why it couldn’t be done today. She took down my contact info again. She explained the situation again and I left agreeing to receive a phone call from that manager the following day. I received no phone call the following day from anyone. When I called to inquire in last hour of business day I was treated even more rudely by representative on phone. She was short, didn’t help, and just plain rude. I left a message with very rude rep and was told I would receive a phone call the following Monday, 5 days later. Monday came and went with absolutely no phone call. This Lake Michigan Drive branch is very unknowledgeable in there own procedures. I was explained this by another branch manager. From another location. I’ve yet to receive any call from that branch. Almost 9 days later. Don’t use this branch for any banking.

Best customer service ever!! People working here will try every possible thing to help you out. They're Caring, welcoming, professionals and so supportive. In a nutshell they really are there for you to serve the best and they really mean it. Thanks guys. Keep it on.

Been going to this bank since 2017. They always process my transactions reasonably quickly and answers all my questions satisfactorily. I've even been given time by the manager a couple of times to sit and talk about specific financial questions I had about using the You Invest app as well as opening a Roth IRA for retirement.

Just disgusting banking practices they will restrict your account not tell you about it than they accept deposits and make you wait 5 days to have access to your money. I will be contacting the FDIC

I rarely review anything. Only in cases where I hope it can help others. Don't do any investment or serious business with bank. It does not matter how much money you have. Even when you have money, they do not respect you or your preferences. I wonder how they treat people without much money. Basic things like if you request not to be called, they don't get it (I wonder why it's so difficult). They push investment products on you without really understanding what you are looking for. They are not really after helping you. They are rather looking after their own bonuses. Run like hell! Go find some place where they care about you personally.

I’ve tried calling my personal chase bank multiple times and it always says that they are busy taking other calls so I never get through. There can’t be that many people calling at the exact same time as me every time.
