Want to give my Kudos to Kori Hinds. I have heard rumors of this branch, but when I was there recently, things seem to be headed in the right direction! I have no doubt that Kori is extremely smart, kind and professional, and she is making sure that the staff reflects that as well. She also takes her work very seriously. I can tell that she genuinely cares about the staff and everyone who comes into the building. Major props, keep it up!

I don’t live near this area but it was on my way while running errands. Glad I stopped here. The teller was so nice and the branch manager even stepped in to help assist. I don’t normally post reviews but the service and aura was JUST THAT GOOD! Great customer service.

I had one of the best experiences at this branch all of the staff was approachable and very helpful if someone didn't know the answer to my question they found someone who did. My issue was resolved the branch manager was patient, calm and listened to my concerns. Assisted me every step of the way.

No matter what side of town I’m on, this is my go to location! I know they are always going to have great customer service & even know me by face. Most banks the branch manager rarely shows their face but here Kori just isn’t over the team, she’s apart of her team!

DO NOT GO HERE! Super disappointed we stopped here. Went to cash a check, from ANOTHER CHASE ACCOUNT. They endorsed it and then said they couldn't cash it. Made the check unusable and now we have to wait until a new one arrives. For literally no reason. ALL of the 1 star reviews on here seem to add up. Extremely unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe that location. Chase is a horrible bank anyway. Never again will I go here or to any Chase location. Never had issues like this anywhere else.
