I purchased a home from one of your realtors and after the sale was finalized and we moved in I found that there were a lot of false details on the listing report. I definitely would have negotiated the terms of the sale differently knowing that the property was less than listed, items included in pictures were taken by the sellers, and items listed as included in the association fees were NOT included. Very poor experience with this seller and would NOT recommend buying from Rick Voorhies in the future!

Currently using Mary Lenz with century 21 and with the competitive market we wouldn’t of been able to buy our current house without her timeliness, she doesn’t miss a beat. The house was put on the market monday and the bids had to be in on Wednesday. Her team got me pre-approved and the bid in on time. She is all about her clients. She goes above and beyond. She is great with communication and makes the extra effort to brainstorm ideas and make sure you understand everything without making you feel obligated. We wouldn’t of been able to do it without Mary!

Had a real estate agent from here and was super unsatisfied told my realtor what I did and didnt want and put an offer in on a house and paid for the inspections that costed about 400$ come to find out this a modular home and could have been foreseen! Let my realtor go because of this big mistake. The reply was she would have pay for your next inspections when she should have offered to pay back some or all the money!! Truly wouldn't recommend to get a realtor here!
