Wow..advertised hours open until 6pm..got here at 5:35 pm...CLOSED...guy told me to drop off anytime before 6pm... needed shoes resoled for wedding..you left me high and dry .. great first experience...also the last..you lose

I have known Sam for years, his honesty and his loyalty to his customer and his business is his first priority. He takes good care of everybody has good conversations with everybody. It always finds a way to get things taken care of as soon as they can get done first-hand top-notch.
