Wow,what a find! Visiting grandkids from Cleveland brought us to the area, I was on my way to the course and the minivan died. Based on reviews I called Crystal and they were happy to look at it for us. They were very busy and it might take a few days. I stopped the next afternoon and gave Adam a little back story about the van and we needed to get home by Sunday. He said he'd try to look at it the next day. Surprise, he called later that very afternoon with good news. Van was ready minor issue, under $100! So if you're looking for fair, honest, reliable service Cascade Automotive is the way to go!

For 40+ years I did all regular maintenance and most all repairs on our vehicles but getting on in years now. Been to dealerships and other independent repair shops and none have delivered the level of service, integrity and commitment we have received from Cascade Automotive. Been taking our vehicles to Cascade Automotive for about 5 years now and have always been very satisfied.

Went in for an alignment and later found out that they didn't unclip the tie-rod boots before rotating the tie rod ends. If I hadn't checked and then fixed these Boots myself, they would have ripped prematurely. Usually I wouldn't post a negative review but for the fact they simply wouldn't even unclip the boot speaks volumes. (Following up after several weeks. I just found out that my front alignment was so poorly done my brand new front tires have lost 50% of their tread in less than 2 months because the alignment was done "toes in".) most unfortunate

All I can say is wow! This place is awesome! Crystal was so helpful in our time of need. Our 2016 Ford Edge blew a motor and I had no idea where to go with it. The car is in amazing shape and I can justify getting rid of it. Crystal took the time to ask important questions and said "let us take a look at it and find out just what it needs for sure". We dropped it off and in a few days diagnosed and had options for motors. I believe we saved money in the end and she found us a great used motor. This place is busy! But after about 10 days (ordered, shipped motor, installed with care) we have an incredible running vehicle again. OH! AND A 3 YEAR WARRANTY ON IT!
Call this place if you need auto care of any sort. I will be back for sure.

When I had my oil changed other shop said brakes needed replacing . Cascade Auto is where I go for repairs like this. Their appraisal was still have 20% left and can wait. Also repaired burned out lights at a very reasonable cost. They have my trust and highly recommend them.

These folks were seriously great to work with. Needed the AC fixed bad last June, Cascade got us in a week sooner than anyone else. Final price came in lower than their quote as they didn’t need to replace a part (you know somewhere else would’ve just billed me). Forgot to review at the time but better late than never. Thanks again

My daughter's car tire took a nail yesterday night. I called this morning and they cheerfully worked it in today for a tire repair. They did a great job at a fair price. In my estimation, Cascade Automotive is the best!

After losing our local reliable car shop I called around. Crystal took tons of time to explain what they can offer and talk about what my car may need versus the huge estimate I got at the dealership. She got me in within a few days and they even dropped me off at home and picked me up when the car was ready. Tons of explanation and care to make sure I understand everything and what they recommend in the next 50,000 miles. Even mentioned their own coupons on their web site to help. I now have a new trusted car shop.
