“I will ONLY rent from the Grand Rapids Alpine Location. Honestly I was ready to never use Avis again being bounced around to locations by customer service an having hassles at every turn, UNTIL I arrived at the Alpine location when the manager there provided AMAZING customer service! She was amazing and helped take care of everything making sure my rental was completely handled and taken care of! I can not sing enough praises for her customer service and being helpful not just passing me some 1 800 number!! I was literally in tears when I arrived after being directed to 3 other locations prior only to STILL not have a rental. She assured me she would make sure I was taken care of and all while putting a smile on my face! She truly saved my day and then made sure that our rental for the following weekend would go FLAWLESS which it did!! This woman definitely deserves a raise and a round of applause it is very hard to find great customer service these days!! I will be renting from Avis again but ONLY from her Alpine location!!!”

During our trip, I locked some valuable items in the car and unfortunately forgot about them until after we had returned the vehicle. We were able to contact them and Tina was SO helpful. “Budget Grand Rapids - airport location was absolutely wonderful! Be sure to put your flight information on your car reservation. My flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 1 1/2 hours after their closing time, but they stayed and waiting for my arrival so that I could still get my car. This was at 1:30am. I was so relieved to have a car available at that hour! They are extremely customer service oriented! I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.”

Transportation is a service that has literally saved me from having to stress while at work and taking care of a young child. The Dr's and nurses truly care. Medications are taken care of. My mom loves playing bingo at the center. They have literally been a life saver, I highly recommend! They have many services.”
