“The rental went very smooth. The only issue I had was the headlights were aimed weird and I got a lot of bright lights flashed at me. I told the attendant and he said it was a new car and shouldn't be an issue. I asked that they go ahead and check out the aim of the headlights anyway.”

“Don't miss this spot. Whether you have a newer vehicle or a classic car, Jeff's place can help you. I travel the nation repairing classic AMC cars, and while in town, our client referred us to parkers for some machine work. They turned four drums, popped a u joint from a drive shaft, and replaced 2 axle bearings for us to take back to a 60 year old car we were restoring. While there we got to chat with a really engaged crew that clearly knows new tech, four wheeling, and old school cars. They also do fabrication! With a parts store, a machine shop, and a fully equipped 8-10 bay shop they are ready to care for your daily driver, your lifted truck or jeep, or your classic car.”

“Rented 2 vehicles for a family vacation. Both were nice. Very comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage. The digital check-in process was easy. The process of actually picking up and returning tge vehicles was simple as well. And the employess who helped us find the correct vehicles were kind, couteous and professional.”

“Great service team. My car was not a fit for me. Mazda controls are awkward and anti-intuitive. It was too small for me and not terribly well-cared-for. I'll use them again because of their staff but will be pickier about the vehicle.”
“I know your in Vegas but do you really need slot machines in the rental car building. You already got them at the airport gate, baggage claim and you are most likely going to be around vending machines a lot more in your drives. That is really the only observation. Otherwise it’s just a normal rental car place”

“Tina and Stella are the sweetest souls you will come across. They are very helpful and very patient. Despite all the rude customers who visit. I have witnessed to them dealing with, never once did they return rude behavior. Instead they ease the situation in careful explaining. I really love visiting when those 2 are working. I encourage everyone to visit the Alpine and 28th street location. I suggest calling ahead and make sure the vehicles are available though. Sometimes the computer has errors and will say a vehicle is available and it is not. Definitely my go to for a rental vehicle.”

The staff there was extremely helpful and made sure our vehicle was exactly liked we had asked for as we were taking 2 grandchildren in car seats with us to Florida. I'm not sure of the male employees name but he's a taller white dude with facial hair and he's the best! “I gave budget car rentals a bad review at first because they falsely charged me for gas when I had just filled up the car before I brought it in. However, they made it right. Everybody makes mistakes and so when a company corrects their mistakes and makes things right I want to give them the credit for that also.”
