Honestly one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. I went in for a teen boy cut on thursday (which was scheduled with noah), showed pictures for a shaggy masculine haircut, and got majority of my hair chopped off. My mom and I were both speechless, and we had to pay $45.80 for it. When my mom commented on how short it was, he (noah) replied with “Oh, it’ll grow back quickly in around 4-6 weeks”, and that he “settled in-between all the photos”, when all of them were around the same length and style. Definitely not going back, the only things I have seen posted on both the facebook and instagram for this hair salon is women’s hair, and I feel like that is for a good reason.Service: Haircut

When I first went to Capelli Salon last November, I had long hair and wanted to cut it short, like a men’s haircut and style. I was extremely nervous about the decision but capelli salon made the entire experience comfortable and welcoming! My favorite place to go to get my hair done!!! Very warm and kind people; Jay recently gave me the most beautiful balayage I’m usually very quiet when I go to the salon, but here I was actually comfortable and we talked and laughed a lot….Will definitely be back soon!!I forgot to mention how easy it was to book and appointment via text…especially being that you’re talking to a person and not a robot

Jay is amazing! I’ve been going to Capelli for a couple of years now and it’s always such a great experience. The salon is modern and the attention from the staff is excellent. It’s the first salon and Jay is the first stylist that I schedule my next appointment before I leave because I love how my hair turns out every time! I have to say I’m really disappointed. My cut with Jay went really well. I liked the atmosphere and felt she did a really great job. I had tried for awhile to schedule a second haircut, but could never find a time that worked with my schedule. They were running a promo last week so I was actually able to get in- and at good price. I don’t know what went wrong, but it felt like an entirely different person cutting my hair. Seemed like she was upset that I didn’t want to go through a drastic change. I had a commitment that made it so that I couldn’t, and I tried talking about what we could do at the next appointment, but it just seemed like she was annoyed with me. I won’t be booking here again.Service: Haircut
