They took wonderful care of our baby Hope. From dropping her off to pick up the next day. Then the follow up email to see if she was doing ok.

CSNIP, or the Community Spay Neuter Initiative Partnership, is an invaluable organization that provides crucial spaying and neutering services to pets in need. Their dedication to controlling the pet population and preventing euthanasia due to overpopulation is commendable. I've heard positive feedback about their professionalism, affordability, and animal care. CSNIP's impact extends far beyond the individual animals they help; they contribute to healthier communities by reducing stray animals and decreasing the burden on local animal shelters. Keep up the fantastic work, CSNIP!

Took my dog here to get her fixed and they did a great job. Quick, cheap, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who is a loving pet owner on a tight budget.

They do needed work in the community. But you get what you pay for. My first dog got spayed here and came home with adult fleas crawling on her. Figured it was a one off. However, they're continuously disorganized. For a preventative/vaccine visit for my highly anxious and reactive pup, they were over an hour late for our appointment, rushed me off the phone then their tech was annoyed with me because she was confused because the phone person hadn't communicated. My dog was max stressed because I got her muzzled up and snuggled her in, ended up taking it off because they were running so late, and her anxiety was through the roof just sitting there. The weight they documented was over 10 pounds off , an error they blew off entirely. It's utter chaos. If you need a vet and can't afford one, I'm thankful there's a resource in the community. But effective communication can absolutely make an impact on care and outcomes, and it's a luxury I'm happy to pay extra for elsewhere.
