GREAT people. FCFS 0700-1500, interior docks, no good parking nearby but maybe 3 blocks north on the east side of Festida on Buchanan. Escort to clean restrooms. Extra stars to Tammy and Emmett. Wonderful to be greeted by smiles in the AM. Call Tammy before arrival for precise instructions.

These guys went over and beyond for me. Delayed arrival and they waited and loaded me immediately. Tricky dock, GOAL, in hindsight, I recommend pulling your tandems back to the 48' mark if you've got a sleeper. after a long night and only a couple hours of sleep and failing attempts to get into their dock they offered an alternative plan since I was only picking up 4 pallets. That really was so so sweet of them to help me get loaded and going. I'll always remember that and forever be grateful. Just goes to show that there's still great people out there.

Not as bad as people say backing into unless you can't back up. But VERY ACCURATE about the guards. They are VERY disrespectful and rude. If you're going to treat people that way you're definitely in the wrong line of work.

Super tight turn and back for my sleeper truck but manageable with lots of slow little turns/corrections. Everyone is helpful and professional here. Thanks to Mr. Emmitt for being fast but safe and communicating the check in process.

Supervisor Lawrence Fitzpatrick was the most unprofessional supervisor I have ever experienced in all my years of employment. In accordance with company principles I took initiative and assisted members of my team to improve production and work flow. He has a tough guy complex and spoke very rudely to me, I in turn notified him that he did not require a condescending tone with me and that I was fairly easy going. He reported me to HR, an investigation was opened, I was suspended one day with pay, HR cleared me and requested I return to work the same day. I submitted a request to HR regarding a written apology from him, and company commitment that supervisors to receive coaching on company principles and communication. I returned to work for one day reassigned to a new supervisor, I conducted all required tasks diligently, the next day I am terminated. Highly would not recommend employment here. Very unprofessional company and HR backs supervisors with very little seniority that have problems with numerous employees.

Not suited for big truck delivery with refer 53 and sleeper cab. Very tight door way and little room to dock.Fast unload and quick paper work return. Get out and look as much as you need.Security rude, unhelpful and unpleasant.

Best place I have ever been to pick up. No apt. Fcfs. In and out within an hour or an hour 30mins. Nice people and funny folks. Backing is a little tight but it's all good to me but split axle reefer will be a bit harder. Definitely wants to coming back here to take their load.

*unloading*8am apt but took me early, about 6:45am and I was unloaded by 7:15am. Tiny little place for 80ft of truck and trailer. set yourself up far left and straight & look beyond the storage trailer to the yellow lines and red post. you can see the other drivers pivot points on the pavement. looks hard at first but you'll have plenty of room.you'll exit the same gate you entered
