1. I am an athletic male and almost all the burn women are stronger than me. Burn clearly delivers results.2. If you leave here with energy left it is your own fault. The exercises and mods are tough enough to even finish let alone excel at with all the harder mods.3. The group is super positive and accepting of everyone. Just a great environment with high fives never missing the mark.4. This is going to be harder than most boorcamp classes you attend. The pace is strenuous for all 45 minutes.5. I feel that they are a lot better about focusing on certain skills or muscle groups than other boot camps, which are more of just total body exercise. My muscle groups are regularly sore for 1 to 2 days after.

Every instructor is awesome. 1st time back in the gym and I needed the motivation. Great place and they give you alternate ways to suit you.

This gym is awesome!! Very accommodating for newcomers and the trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly. Kim is amazing!Very nice facility, equipment, and there is an on-site kids room. A great gym compared to some of the others around GR!

First I have to say is… I LOVE BURN!!❤️ Burn Bootcamp is a great community, coaches for the workouts, and the people there working out. I was welcomed at day one, even remembered my name!! Everyone encourages one another and it feels like home. I love that the trainers are energetic and help you with your form. They encourage you to push yourself, no matter your fitness level. Everyone is at different fitness levels and all put in a good hard effort. This gym is for anyone!! Not to mention the free child watch if you have kids. What a bonus!! I get a great workout in and before I know it, it’s already done! Love the music!

I lift weights and walk during the week so I thought I would try a class out here and see how it went. Boy did this place humble me QUICK. It is challenging, upbeat, and so much fun! Everyone I encountered was warm and inviting and each exercise has a modification for more or less of a challenge. I was dripping in sweat with a smile plastered on my face after I left this gym. These folks know how to get your heart rate up and make it fun! I will definitely be back.

My wife and I recently did a class with Kim and it was a fantastic time. It was an early morning and a tough class, but we left feeling great! Highly recommend trying out a class here! You will love it

Literally the best gym around! Best trainers, best protocols, best community, most accountability, and best nutritional line! I’ve been going for over four years almost consistently 5-6 days a week! Free childwatch made it possible in the early days, and the spring loaded floating floor makes it possible for my arthritic ankle to work out daily!

This place is my home away from home! It’s truly a community at Burn Grand Rapids. When I had my oldest son 2 years ago, I was looking to get back into something, I didn’t realize burn would give me so much more than a killer workout. This place is a MUST try!

I can’t speak highly enough of Burn. I’ve been a member for almost a year, and have never experienced a community like this. I’ve been members of other gyms and have tried various workouts, but nothing has been like Burn. The energy and community are like nothing else I’ve ever experienced; it’s the most uplifting, positive, yet high-intensity place I’ve ever been a part of. The workouts are incredible and the staff is amazing. BONUS: childcare is included with the membership!

2 words…Free childcare! Being a busy mom to 4 could normally be an excuse for no time to workout but burn takes that away! The kids love it and I’m able to get 45 minutes of me time for mental clarity and physical improvement! The encouragement and support from fellow gym goers and trainers is so great. Really is perfect for any level (even with injuries - modifications are demonstrated with every workout)! My hubby even joined as my accountability partner!If you are considering joining - take the leap! You will never get bored. I’ve been there 3 years and have never had the same workout!

Best gym ever! The trainers really push you and the environment is friendly and supportive. The childcare is also a huge draw for me. I drive 30 minutes one way 5x a week just to come! Definitely recommend!!

I have loved working out here. The workouts themselves always push me, but are modified for whatever level you are at. The trainer makes a point to know me and know how to push me. But what I love most is the atmosphere there and the community of people. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming.
