Boost is being terrible. I am switching carriers and first I needed a transfer code which after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours was told I need to go to a store to get it. Then I needed to get my phone unlocked before I can use the new sim card. I have been trying to get my phone unlocked 4 four days and they keep saying the ticket wasn't submitted so I have been without a phone for a week now. They said they will submit a new ticket. I have talked to supervisors and was promised times. Then this morning Albert the supervisor hung up on me and said there was nothing he can do. They are holding my phone hostage. The phone is mine and paid in full. It needs to be released now please don't use them if you want easy or friendly support. I have been with them on and off for 10 years but will never use them again!!! @boostmobile. P.S. Mint is the carrier I am going to and they have been super helpful and so caring about me being without a phone. So happy I am leaving boost and going to MINT... I would give them a -100 if I could a 1 star is way to good

Boost Mobile in Standale, Michigan has the worst customer service. They are slow and rude. I tried to tell her my issue and she was unwilling or unable to help me. Perhaps, she needs training? Problems with 'Boost" twice in the last month. The first time it took 3-5 days to get my texts. The second time, today, I lost access to data and phone service. Yes, my bill is paid in full. I would look elsewhere!

After having Boost service for years, I have joined another network with my family for a family plan. I have called Boost 10 days ago asking to have my phone unlocked. I have had to call and be told different things by different people in their customer service department 3 times since the initial phone call. This is my phone that I paid cash for. It was not financed thru Boost. It is mine and I should be able to do what I want with my property. If this is how Boost treats their past customers, why would I ever go back and use their company. I have no problems with the Boost store on Division Ave, I have a problem with their entire company.

The store proprietor Teion was so very helpful with my phone issue today and the last time I needed phone help. He's very knowledgeable about his products and does not mind taking time out to show you what is wrong and/or how to remedy the situation. You just don't get that good personable service at all the Boost stores, there have actually been some stores where I have been told, "I don't know anything about the phones, I just sell them.? REALLY!!!THANKS TEION for all your help and helpful suggestions!!!?

I got to meet and see Scott in action today.Seemed like a very busy time with quite a few customers.This man can really multitask like no else. I bought a new phone and he switched everything in short order. All the while waiting on several other customers.pHe's the BOMB.Dennis

Was nice until an issue occurred when calling to have it looked in to he became very rude and was acting very unprofessional then when asking his name to report him he then replies my name is Jesus Christ dude is a joke

The owner is awesome. Dealt with this gentleman a few times now. He's a very busy man but has awesome multitasking capabilities. Paid my phone bill and got my questions answered while he was helping multiple customers and answering their needs at the same time. Love putting money in this dudes pocket and not someone else's.

This man who runs the store is probably the classiest guy I have ever met. He offered me a drink out of a 500$ bottle of tequila which I politely refused in return for a mixer with some 1800 in it. I am a lifelong customer. Bless up.
