Irene works with you if your on a budget and is very patient and makes sure she can fix the phones if there is a problem

WOW…WOW…and WOW! I have never been treated with such genuine/quality customer service! The way the staff at this store treated and took care of me today was above and BEYOND! ???Start to finish. From the time I called w/ initial inquiry, throughout time IN store, up until I left, completely satisfied ?Thank you to Irene and her staff for making me feel like more than a valued customer. For the time and knowledge you all provided me. The support they gave was effortless and honest! I usually dread visiting Boost stores if not necessary.. this location has definitely changed that for me! As long as Irene and her staff are there, this will be my go to location for all my cell service needs! Thank you a million times, keep up the great work. You guys rock! ??????

Lady in here in super sweet, I loved just chatting like we was old friends as she helped me switch my service as well as holding my I.D. for half a week as I forgot it and we both agreed we would both forget it ? had some phone issues but she again on another visit was more then helpful. I suggest if you show respect and are pleasant you will get the exact same back.
