The people. I have equally poor options to get my BMW bikes serviced. This one, while not convenient, is fabulous! Why? The people. I feel like family there (in less than 10 years riding), and have never felt anything but care and concern for my riding experience. Sales, parts, service, bullish-ting, they have it all.

I placed an order for a part that could not be found on several BMW sites and BMW of Grand Rapids was able to fill my order and have it shipped to my home in less than a week.I will be looking forward to doing business with them again.
