dropped off the car for diag. they diagnosed I paid the diag fee and left the vehicle there for 2 weeks and they towed it after 2 weeks, no warning call or text or email owner Greg betten refuses to make it right or offer any assistanc.

So my original review is from a year ago today I realize I have a Facebook message from September and the owners son is telling me to remove my post! Too bad it doesn't allow you to give 1/2 stars

bought new suv Mercedes 2019, need service was told take all day but Betten Imports would not give a loaner vehicle to use while my car in service. I when to elsewhere for the service.
