I purchased a supposedly “brand new” ps4 controller for $65 and when I opened the the controller was dirty and some of the buttons were stuck. These people are con artists.

The store itself is fine. However, there were 2 occasions where I checked the store stock on an item prior, drive there, and the staff cannot find said item. I've shown the staff the listing on their store website on my phone stating there should be multiple in stock (2). So either 1 of 2 things is happening. A high level of theft, or inventory management is not as good as it should be. Regardless, it's very disappointing driving out on 2 separate occasions for 2 different items, and due to the incorrect listing, the item I wanted isn't there. If any of you are checking the website for stock, call ahead for the staff to double check before you potentially waste your time.

I want to compliment your team at the Alpine store. I have had numerous assistance from the geek squad and each time I have had the pleasure of having Josh. I have to say he is absolutely fantastic. He is a pleasure to assist me with my issues. Thank you for having such a great associate. He is wonderful.

I would rate negative 5 if you could. I spend $3000-$7500 per year at Best Buy and had issues but kept just trying to give them a chance but I just had the experience that will end me ever shopping at any Best Buy in the future. This time I spent near $2000 getting TVs mounted. They wouldn't take a return of mine that I had not opened and that their geek squad said I would have no problem returning after they sold me an alternate tv mount. Brand new in box mount and they said past the time of 14 days. Manager was ridiculous and this is just it. Don’t shop at Best Buy and let’s keep stores in business that value their customers. Best Buy clearly does not value their customers.

Two of the three things that I purchased were mispriced and came up as 5 to $20 more when I was checking out. People helping me we're good but be careful that you don't get charged more than what you are expecting.

A recurring problem is them discontinuing carrying screen protectors after a mere year that they sell with a lifetime warranty, if you sell me a product, back up your guarantee.

I would give zero stars if it was a choice. I bought a set of Govee Christmas lights for $300. I bought them in October because last year they were unavailable, we went to put them up and they were flickering. Who wants to put $300 dollar light up if they do not work properly. I went to return them today and learned that they only had a 15 day return on them, if I had bought the $49 dollar membership I would have received my money back. I have been a long time customer of Best Buy and have bought numerous items in the past. I will never do business with them again. Good thing there is Amazon!!! Pissed beyond my limit! I will tell everyone they have terrible customer service!!!!!
