Customer service there is awful it took me like 20 minutes standing to get anybody to come and ask if I needed some help. And this was after the idiot at the door said he would send somebody back to help me.

I hate it when I know more about technology than someone who works at Best buy. I don't like the pressure when looking at laptops, but I get they run off sales.

Since August of '66 In 'Sota There Has Been A Great Steam Of Advances In Consumer Products And Coming Of Age New Type Of Technological Ways. With Compact Discs And Movie Option Being Dominated To Streaming And paid download It Is Sad To See The That In Some Places These Choices And options Being Off The Market. Staff Is Always Readily Available For Support And assistance. Technicians Are Superior In the Work Of Fixing And Repair when Requested. Geek Squad Speaks For Itself. There Is Nothing Smarter Than That. Go G.S.

They are not as good as they use to be. They have the younger people working there and they do not care if you get the right software for your I Pad.

Went to purchase a new tv.
Applied for financing;got approved for the gold card, however, after I would pay the tv off in a year,I would be charged an annual fee
of approximately $59:00 a YEAR for a card I will not ever use again.
And was told,if I would close the account, it would damage my credit!
This seems absolutely ridiculous!
Needless to say, left that store without a tv?
