Norrine was amazing!! She helped us find a great local lender who also provided a great experience. Norrine was extremely caring throughout the whole process while also being honest about the market, offer writing process, and under contract process. The whole transaction went very smoothly and the whole team kept us up to date the entire time. Closing was a breeze and we could not be happier with the level of service and care we received.

Had the pleasure of working with Austin from this team. Austin is honest, communicative, and available. We were referred to Austin by my mom, who had both bought and sold a home with him. She said the process was smooth, and insured us, as first-time homebuyers, that Austin would walk us through every step of the way. We had challenges of a smaller budget, in an area where cost of living tends to be higher. With a saturated buyers market, we did struggle to find a home at first. However, Austin was good about reminders, flexible with his scheduling, and always had a smile on his face. He kept morale high, when offer after offer was passed, continuing to be encouraging while educating us on the averages and norms of the process. We were told we’d likely find a place by Fall of 2023, and we closed Thursday, July 13th! Austin helped us find the perfect home for our family! It’s early yet, and thinking about leaving seems silly, but I will definitely be returning to Austin when it is time to say goodbye to this home. I recommend him to anybody buying a home, and especially first time buyers. This process can be tricky and intimidating, but Austin with all his kindness and experience, makes it easy.
