I scheduled an alignment for my vehicle on 9/18 because it was due and I was going to be nearby. Waited about 45 minutes before the sales associate called me up to the counter to present an estimate of over $2400, $1200 of which was “required” before the alignment could be completed. When looking over the “estimate”, I noticed that most of the items were parts I had replaced myself within the past year (shocks, struts, sway bar links). When I brought this up to the employee he insisted that they needed to be replaced due to high mileage. Shared that estimate with a repair shop I’ve used for 10+ years and had them inspect the vehicle, there wasn’t a single part on the original estimate they found to be worn or even close to needing replacement. Would not even trust these clowns to put air in my tires, be careful with any type of repairs they recommend.

outside air hose was broken but a service guy was super nice and helped me. nice young man, didn't make me feel bad about needing assistance. tried to to him but he refused. I've always been happy with purchases and follow up service

Took my tire and rim in, came back to pick it up and there was damage in the center of the rim. There was some curb damage already on it but this was clearly their error as there was grease around the damaged area. Damaged spots circled. Never again, you lost a customer.

Went in for alignment, which they did a great job, and in time they said they would.
Sad they added the 1 year free alignment option with out asking me. I even made it a point to not select that when I scheduled appointment online. I feel you should ask before adding a $45 option

You guys need to learn how to do a tire job without breaking customers center cap it's very unprofessional and makes you guys look stupid, I'm expecting a new knock off for my classic cragars since one of your employees stripped the bolt and placed it back on loosely so it will fall of later.

Was in on Thursday Diagnosis Roofing nail/ unrepairable tire. These gentlemen had a new set of tires ordered and on my car by noon the next day! Antonio, Joey, Jesse and the entire team were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Outstanding customer service!
