I've been a customer for 57 years. The sales staff & mechanic's team are all very helpful. Prices are competitive. After-sale benefits include free rotation and tire repair. All inclusive tire-hazard & pro-rated tire replacement, balancing, etc. included as an extra cost extended warranty plan.

If I could leave a 0 star for Tim I would. What a disrespectful dude. Luckily I wasn't with my Mom when you downgraded her and my family. You sir have a lot to learn. Wheel adapters are not unsafe for a car if you know anything at all.

After having an untrustworthy experience down the road at another store, I stopped into this Belle Tire. John C was honest, thorough, and accommodating. The true epitome of what good customer service is. It's not fun to replace tires but John made the experience as pleasant as possible. I'll be sure to refer people to him!

The 08,29,24 I went there to get new tires put in my car and do an alignment which was going to be free because I paid last year for the whole year so they came to tell me that they were going to charge me 40 dollars for each tire lol is funny how they charge you for the whole year almost 200 dollars and then when you go there they raise the prices to charge you even more just because you have paid for the year alignment I know that they are doing that, they told me last time I came that the price for putting your tires on was 20 dollars but not problem for me I went to another shop and I got them on for 20 dollars now I'm going back to them to get my alignment free stay tuned because I will be back to let everyone know what happens, but just for you to know go somewhere else, and always check prices first today day 08,30,24

Great service. Came in early on Saturday morning and was able to get in quick for a tire rotation and oil change. Took about an hour, which was the stated time. Kept me informed on any issues that arose with the tire rotation. I was very pleased. The oil change was also cheaper than I expected.

This place is a SCAM! I went here a few weeks ago to get my AC fixed in my car and they told me they’d have it fixed in 3 hours. After 3 1/2 hours they had only changed a small part that didn’t do anything to fix the problem. And they charged me @$90 for it and then quoted me over $1100 to change a part that ‘might’ fix the problem. Not only that after I was there, the screen in my car quit working, my headlights weren’t working properly and the back bumper started coming off. This past weekend I got my AC fixed and to change the part, get it recharged and the labor it was @$200.
So be WARNED!!
I don’t want to get a comment telling me to come back for y’all to make it right, I DONT WANT THEM NEAR MY CAR , they lied to me and would have way overcharged me, and they ruined things in and on my car.

Awful place! GO ELSEWHERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!! They will try to take advantage of women. Thankfully me and my friend knew better than to go with what they said and BEWARE!! Went to get our AC checked and they asked us about it and we thought it might just need recharged and they told us it might go 3 hours at the most. And w ended up waiting 4 plus hours ant which point we were like they’re definitely just screwing around and trying to make us do unnecessary repairs. They didn’t even take time to figure out what was wrong with it. Instead they looked and claimed it’s still fully charged. There’s nothing wrong with that. But if we give them more time they told us they need to change a sensor. So we were like ok sure. Even tho already then we were a bit hesitant cause we just started getting a weird vibe from and about it all. And then AFTER they replaced the part they were like that was just the cheapest thing we thought we could fix or change out next to see if it helps anything they actually didn’t know if it really needed that. Then proceeded to try to get us to fix something else for almost 1200 to see if that might fix it. They didn’t even know if that’s what was wrong or not really. Not only did they screw us over and try to screw us over more but when we left the headlights no longer worked right and the front screen in the car is totally black even the back up camera no longer works. And we’ve never had problems with it before. DON’T EVER come here.
