I had to bring our car in to have a flat tire repaired. I was extremely impressed with the staff, facility, and repair. They had me on the road within 40 minutes. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Every time I visit this Belle Tire location, I leave happy. They have consistently done a great job for me whether fixing a flat or fitting my vehicles with new tires. Keep up the good work.

I would give this place no stars if I could went to go get an alignment and after waiting for 2hrs, I hop in my truck and start driving home while the truck was pulling super hard to the right called belle tire and explained the issue and brought it back 2 days later then they “aligned” it again and was there for another 2hrs then I left thinking that this truck has to be on point for them having it on there lift for a total of 4 hours, but I thought wrong the alignment is terrible now I’m stuck with a bad alignment because belle tire DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ALIGN TIRES I would not recommend belle tire especially this location.

My family and I ended up getting a flat tire just before our doctors appointment at Trinity health in Northland Drive just north of the Plainfield Belle tire. Found out that I did not have a spare tire underneath the van. Had to take the tire off. Thankfully, a nice gentleman Offered to give me a ride to Belle tire on Plainfield. Explain my situation to the people at the counter that my family is at the doctors office. I have two newborns that were born six days from this time and that I need to get this tire and I need to get back to them as soon as possible. I called a friend that lives close by. He came to pick me up. I waited two hours. I walked up to the counter and explain my situation one more time to them and they told me I would have to wait another hour that they have all appointments today. From what I can tell this place is not run very well. They have three gentlemen twiddling their thumbs at the desk while the other guys are outback doing all the work, and I see no reason why one of them could not of went out and change my tire so I could go to get my family from the doctors office. Meanwhile I just told him forget it I had my friend take me to discount tire just up the street they had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. Where is the humanity of places like this? You explain a situation as to what’s going on? They have no care for you . Why couldn’t one of them guys just change the tire for me. I do not suggest anybody going to this place because they do not care about your needs. If they want to run a place on appointments, post Covid terms, then keep somebody on hand for emergencies like mine. or possibly one of the three that were doing absolutely nothing there was no other customers coming in that they were working with. They should’ve took care of that. That’s what happens when you are poorly managed.
