Did not have a good experience with communication, honesty after messing my dress up, etc. - had to go in twice for a simple hem on a bridesmaids dress and I still left unsatisfied with the work for how mu I was charged.Edited based on response: take away from this, just be honest to your clients when there is a mistake, the respect for that will go a lot further and I would have felt much more at ease about the situation. Instead of telling me they cut the dress and were ordering a new one (which wasn’t even guaranteed to get here in time), she lied about having COVID 14 minutes before my appt., when I was already almost there! When I arrived, you said you didn’t have my dress there (which it was) - you never gave me the timeline of waiting a week for the new dress because you never told me a new one had to be ordered until I came back a second time to get an answer. She stopped responding to texts and calls when I asked when the soonest I could get it would be as I was anxious to have it after it not being done right the first time and the wedding being only 3 weeks out - I took my dress as is because you lost my trust in that moment that I would actually get it back before the wedding!

This is an amazing shop. The dresses are all beautiful and the owner does everything herself, she gets you in to their schedule very easily and is very helpful with all needs while picking dresses and fitting your dress.

We found my daughter the dress that will make her a princess on her wedding day. The owner is amazing and really knows her stuff. I can't imagine going anywhere else she made our experience perfect.

The workers here are very kind and supportive of you making a decision on a dress. There was no rush and I was able to shop freely for a bridesmaid dress and ask questions as needed without feeling bothersome. I would recommend Bella sposa bridal to anyone in need of prom/wedding attire!

The workers here are so kind and understanding of their clients; their customer service is some of the best I've experienced in my life. They have such a good eye for what each individual client will love and what will look good on them, even if you go in not thinking you'll like anything like I did. They have such a gorgeous catalog of dresses and I'm definitely going back there when I need to go shopping for a wedding dress. They also know people that do hair, so you won't have to look a while to find someone that can complete your look. I will always come back to this business for my events because I love them so much.

Bella Sposa has been dressing my kids for all of their proms over the years and recently the ownerDwin Helped me find a formal in a short amount of time when I was invited on short notice to a black tie event. I’m fuller figured so I’m picky about the styles of dress that I like and Dwin knew exactly what would look good on my body type and was extremely accommodating and made the entire experience Fun and enjoyable. We went to 7 different bridal stores before we walked in here. I'm so glad we went here. My mom and I found the perfect dress for me. We needed a dress for my baptism and my confirmation, something modest. We didn't know that we needed an appointment but we're thankful she was able to help us after she finish helping her client. The first dress she had me try on was the one. She worked with us so much. She added straps to my mom's dress and altered the dress for both of us. I know that we will be going back here. I could have never asked for a better experience.
