Ginger made the experience of buying a new Miele dish machine for our residence a pleasure! The installing technicians literally rolled out the red carpet to protect our floors. The installation was done professionally without haste, and the technicians communicated with us throughout the process to assure our satisfaction. Cleanup was thorough and done to our satisfaction. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to hire Bekins and will be return customers again and again!

I had a really good experience with Bekins! I ordered my dishwasher on the phone with Ginger, who was super helpful and super friendly. It was delivered a couple days later. No long wait! I had them install, and Keith and Michael did a really great job!! I have an older home so there were some issues that the guys were able to figure out. All along they kept me informed of their plans. They were super nice, knowledgeable guys. In addition, they left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Bekins, just a top notch business!!!

Bekins has been an incredible business to work with throughout the buying, installing and service of our newly built home over the past two years. Most recently, we had Brandon out to service our washer and he was absolutely wonderful. Professional, thorough and full of great maintenance tips for our other appliances. I truly appreciate all they do to provide excellent service.

I tried to buy a chest freezer from Bekins in 2020. Standard, Whirlpool chest freezer. It was early in the Pandemic so things were on backorder - fine. They take my money, give me a target date - fine. I wait and wait. Target date comes and goes, no communication. I try reaching out to the sales rep, no communication.Months pass, me reaching out to try to get some kind of update. Nothing.Finally, someone from Customer Care emails and says the freezer is unavailable and the order is canceled.So I went to Best Buy, found a cheaper chest freezer in stock, bought it that day, and went home with it. 3 years later, still works great.Essentially - my issue with Bekins was with the lack of communication

I am beyond disappointed in the experience I had purchasing new kitchen appliances through Bekins.Our dishwasher and refrigerator were aging and, after a lot of research, we landed on black stainless steel as a finish. We could have gone to any of the big box stores, but opted for a more personal shopping experience at Bekins.After a critical miscommunication between sales associates, the wrong color dishwasher and refrigerator were delivered. I reached out immediately and Bekins claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Now we are stuck with appliances we don’t even like. And they didn't seem to want do anything to win our business back for all of the other appliances that need updating in our home.Appliances are expensive. If you want to feel peace of mind in your purchase don’t work with Robin. Better yet, don’t shop at Bekins.

I ended up with a great washer and dryer pair. After nearly 20 years, it was time! They are gorgeous and Robin did a great job helping me with my purchase. She was also very patient and supportive as I did my research!

I did a lot of research online on what appliances I wanted to target, but the experience and additional knowledge shared by Ramona (our sales rep) helped greatly on a couple items we were on the fence about. The entire experience at the showroom was low pressure, and everything else that followed in the sales process was top notch. The installers were awesome as well. Bekins is an easy recommend from me if you are appliance shopping.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bekins. The salesperson, Bill, and his partner, Johanna, never made us feel rushed while picking out a dishwasher. They truly took the time to explain the process and help us find one that fit our needs. Their in-house installation team was also excellent; they were quick, clean and friendly. I would be more than happy to give Bekins my business for all future appliance purchases.
