Worst bank ever. I have a business account and after a year it is a horrible, anxiety ridden experience. I have had a customer I have deposited over a dozen checks with no problem. Then they decide one day to just toss a 7 day hold on a check deposited. I spent years with PnC and never had a single problem. I wish I never had made the change. I will be moving back this week. If your a small business I do not recommend doing business with these folks

Absolute garbage bank, never open, and atm doesn’t accept 20s,50s, or 100s . If you are serious about money don’t use BOFA, embarassment.

Nothing pleasant about bank of america asides from the employees attitudes.No open banks within a half hour of me.Have been trying to cancel my accounts for 3 months and running through hoops to do so, like huge fees for having my cash rewards etc.Very shady fee practices.Very poor customer service at bank of america and its no fault of anyones asides from greedy corporate folks.

Would rate it 0.5 but no option. Close branches shorten hours understaffed what is good to say.Maybe they are looking to sell and cutting costs custo.er be dammed. My law firm accounts and my personal accounts do not need this lack of service.People are pleasant. Upper management you may co sider even fewer branches but at least make those good!

Not the least bit happy with bank of America lately, can't get a person on the phone, I will be moving my accounts to a credit union where I can get service...I've been with bank of America for over 20 years but leaving very soon ?

I had an excellent experience today with Tracy and the entire staff. Tracy was very pleasant and professional, and was especially determined to assist me in rectifying a major mistake that a nearby branch had made on a cashiers check. Even though it was clearly a very busy day for them today, everyone there made sure I was taken care of. While I was waiting, they constantly checked on me, and I also sat back and watched as they warmly greeted and eagerly helped other customers.I read the other reviews, but I can assure you that they will take excellent care of you at this branch. Thank you, Tracy and team for your outstanding service today!! I drove an hour and half- so worth it!

I have no idea how this place is rated so low but if you go to this branch MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR LUKE!!! Never has a banker been so unbelievably thorough. He won’t sign you up for random cards or give you an overload of information but will take the time to make sure you understand everything and will give his honest opinion. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge compared to so many other bankers I’ve been with and if you’re unsure about a financial issue you are having or just need help understanding something else, just make an appointment with Luke! You won’t be disappointed. Really can’t say enough good things about him, thank you again!

7/15/2021 @ 3:30pm 1 teller, additional staff behind the counter not attending to customers and 7 customers waiting in line. The staff not working the desk keeping peeking around the corner and not assisting the customers waiting in line. As the first person in line, I waited nearly 30 minutes. Hopefully the other customers got out before the branch closed at 4pm. If someone from Bank of America reaches out, I collected photos.

My bank location (Michigan and Plymouth) has been closed since Covid hit and I needed to get in my safety deposit box. I set up an appointment through this open location to meet me at my branch. First day I arrived to find out their keys did not work. Understandably things happen. No worries. We set up 9:00 the next day. At 8:00 I get a call asking if I could wait until the following week. Unfortunately I could not. I arrive on time. A car with 3 people arrive right at 9:00. All three go into the bank. They tell me it will take about 5 minutes to get everything set. I wait. And wait. At 15 minutes I start knocking, banging on the door. I can see them inside. They do not even acknowledge me. I am just standing at the door. After 25-30 minutes they finally come and open the door. Incredible-no apology or anything. I said just some common courtesy like - it is going to take us some time - sorry, would go a long way. By the way, I am a Preferred Rewards Platinum Honors Member with this bank. Unfortunately now, my branch will lose my business. The "Gold Building" branch has yet to apologize. Follow up; I cancelled my safety deposit box and have an appointment to get my belongings. Appointment gets cancelled. (I get it, things happen, people get sick) I just hope they learn to use common courtesy with their customers. It goes along way. Be careful if you have a safety deposit box and need to get items out. Plan way ahead. It make take 2-4 weeks to gain access.
