We cannot say enough good things about Ball Park Floral❗️ We have been using their wonderful services for several years now. My wife, Margaret, just called me as she was driving home from picking out some flowers for a project with our granddaughter. Margaret said the staff person at Ball Park Floral was so engaged and helpful. It was truly a wonderful experience. So if you’re looking for a florist, you look no further !

Absolutely amazing! I called to have an arrangement sent to my mom same day after a different company messed up my order terribly. Ball Park Floral totally saved the day! Not only did they make a same day delivery on short notice possible, but were able to customize the arrangement to be Detroit lions themed for my mom! Adding in some blue and white flowers is one thing, but adding ribbons in honolulu blue with the Detroit lions logo was an unexpected and greatly appreciated touch. Costumer service was great from placing the order to receiving the order. My mom even commented on how great the man who delivered the flowers was. I cannot thank Ball Park Floral & Gifts enough!

UPDATE: the $150+ arrangement wasn't at all what we talked about with the exception of colors. Very disappointed in the small arrangement for that amount of money. I did email them and we played phone tag for awhile and I finally gave up.
Super nice lady on the phone helped with with ordering my custom arrangement. I'll update posting after I see the arrangement.

This is the best place to order flowers from! They also have a really nice gift shop with unique items, many from local artists too! Every time I've ordered or received flowers from here they are GORGEOUS! The flowers are high quality, thoughtfully arranged and last a long time too. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful every time I visit or call here. I highly recommend them!

Unbelievable.
Flower selection, professionalism and expertise was TOP KNOTCH! They had more rare and beautiful stems I had never seen.
Only place in town I have found that’s SO much more than carnations and roses!

The entire team at Ball Park Floral exceeds my expectations every single time I have ordered an arrangement from them. They have developed a keen sense of what my loved ones will enjoy such that I have only to tell them who the arrangement is for, and they craft the most beautiful and fragrant arrangements you can imagine, perfectly tailored to the person and occasion. You can tell when someone truly loves their craft, and that has always been my experience here, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My son needed a corsage at the last possible minute and after phoning a few places, we headed over to ballpark floral and gifts. They have a lovely shop filled with all sorts of fresh cut flowers, plants and assorted gift items. They greeted us and told us they could design a custom corsage that would be ready next day (the day of prom) for pick up. my son's date loves dinosaurs and when asked if they could incorporate a tiny T-Rex he had brought they readily agreed. It turned absolutely amazing and she loved it! I will say the price $48 was higher than I was expecting for a couple of small blooms and elastic but tradition insists.

I live in Florida and ordering from a florist with no previous knowledge was scary. I needed something custom made for a friend who was getting married the following day. I was greeted over the phone with such kindness and patience. Kim made me feel like a valued customer and took such detailed notes of my needs, including my request to send pictures of my friend that was getting married, the decor and her house, the bouquet she would be carrying, etc. All of this was just to give the Florist an idea of how I perceived my friend would like this floral arrangement in her house. I could not believe that I was getting a custom-made arrangement at the last minute. I even asked them to send me a picture via text when it was done. This Florist went above, and beyond anything I ever expected. The arrangement was just as I had asked. Incredibly creative and artistic. It was a masterpiece and one of a kind. They made sure that they had it delivered right on time. I would highly recommend this florist.
