Dude did his absolute best not to wait on us, sent us to a different location, which didn’t have the part, lied about part numbers, rolled his eyes through the whole experience, and acted like his mama never loved him. Worst customer experience I’ve had that didn’t involve violence.

One of the employees saw that I looked lost and I needed a stop leak product, but I wasn't sure which. He came over to help me and showed me the options, explained them a little bit. Then he asked another employee for her opinion as well. I did not feel judged or rushed. My car is still driving 6 months later because of their recommendations! Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they now have a self checkout which is helpful when staff is busy being friendly and knowledgeable with other shoppers but you are in a time crunch :)

Asked several times for help to hook there diagnostic machine to my car. They refused to help and just said maybe it’s your car the reason it won’t work. I asked them can you please come help. They refused I’ll never be back I advice others if customer service is what you are looking for you want find it here

Customer service was beyond amazing. I’m 18 and don’t really know much about cars but I’m trying to learn about them and the guy showed me step by step how to fix the problem. Staff are knowledgeable, nice, helpful and overall great people!
