A young man helped me today at the Division and Hall location in grand rapids michigan. He was not only knowledgeable, he also was kind patient and polite. I am recommending that particular location and ask for Eduardo.

The young lady at counter was very helpful and nice..and Edwin came out to help me with my bulb chsnge..and he was so smart,nice,and helpful too..I offered to but him a coffee next door..but he politely said no thank you..I have coffee inside but he appreciated " he came out to help right away and was happy to help.

I think they hire women with attitudes that can't do the job. I keep ordering stuff but never get it and end up on 28th Street due to the fact that customer service sucks. It's only one woman in that black woman slam one glasses best customer service are all of them.

Wow, the management team at this AutoZone has provided the most outstanding service. Saying that George and Prince went above and beyond is an understatement. Our vehicle died while passing through Grand Rapids and we landed at this shop in hopes of needing just a battery change, unfortunately it was more than that. Our visit occured on a Saturday when all mechanic options were closed for the weekend. George made a few calls to friends and found us a local, mobile mechanic who was able to fix our car in the parking lot. Without this amazing team we would have been stranded in the area for multiple days as we waited for the local shops to reopen for the week.

Didn't have parts we needed, assured us parts where at another location but once we got there the store did not have parts either. Wasted time driving to locations because of the word of an employee.
