Was traveling and 2+ hours from home. Broke down and not only did an employee from this auto part store drive my husband more than 7 miles to the uhaul place where we rented a uhaul and tow dolly (brakes were not fixable), they let this old lady use the bathroom a couple times while waiting with the car and outr belongings. Super friendly people and went out of their way to make sure we weren't stranded or paying a ton of money for an Uber. They really take care of people in need of help. Too bad we don't live closer or we would be going to this place for all our auto part needs. We made it home safely to Romulus, MI, thank you so much for everything!

My son has been doing business for years with Kenowa Auto. Since we were fixing the brakes on the F250HD, the front rotors needed some truing, it happens that Kenowa does that type of machine work. Adam met me at the door and helped carry the rotors, he had all the other parts ready to go and he has a really amazing positive attitude and personality!!! Too bad we do not have any machine service like this in the north end of Kent County. Great service, great conversation along with a great "shorter" road trip with the wife this afternoon ??????!!!

Dropped a head off the get worked on and was told it’d take 2-3 weeks, I called a little after 3 weeks and was told the guy quit 3 weeks ago. My head sat there for 3 weeks not getting worked on and I didn’t even know, didn’t contact me (when I dropped the head off I filled out a paper for all my contact information) or anything, very unprofessional. Went to go pick it up and bring it somewhere else and when I got there my head was completely dissembled (the head was fully assembled when I dropped it off) will not be bringing it back for any sort of engine work very unprofessional and made no means of making things right, wasted 3 weeks of my time. DONT RECOMMEND
