Joe from Auto Owners was the best claims adjuster I have ever worked with. He made the whole communication, procedural and payment process super smooth as job progressed. We recently lost about 90% of our belongings due to a storage facility fire in Grandville. Auto Owners Insurance and Joe Lewakowski in particular made this nightmare a lot easier to deal with. Joe was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire claims process. He was always there to answer any questions and concerns. Joe is a great asset to Auto Owners!

I had a loss on Sunday. I contacted my agent Monday morning and received a call back from a claims adjuster, Mark Hoffman, about an hour later. I submitted all of my documentation to him and received compensation before the end of the day. He was very helpful and courteous. I will recommend Auto Owners to friends and family members.

I had an incident at my home while I was on vacation and contacted Auto-Owners Insurance. Joe Lewakowski (Field Claim Representative) contacted the next business day and set up an appointment when I got home to assess the damage and get the claim and process going immediately. He has been wonderful to work with, easy to contact and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Thanks again!
