Been with AT&T for a few years now and this is the only location I go to.Staff are always nice and helpful. I wasn’t in the store a half hour, and walked out with my new phone.Thanks James for helping me and doing a great job!

Jadon Duncan was super helpful with adjusting our plan to better fit our usage and also advising us on what phone upgrades were available to us. He went through all the details of the cellular plan, phone options, trade ins, and our new bill. Highly recommend working with Jadon.

Matt was super helpful in finding two iPhones for me, one of which was to replace my husband's which had died. He heavily relies on his phone for work and needed a replacement right then and there. My phone had been slowly losing battery capacity so we needed 2 phones. Matt took the time to find the right fit and price for us, utilizing promotions. We ended up with two 13's (a big upgrade from our 8's!) and accessories. I really appreciate his time and care in explaining everything. He did an all-around fantastic job.

They do not give all the details on what a plan change means, or provide accurate information on costs. Very quick to make a sale then say not my problem when your bill does not reflect what they told you.

I stopped into the AT&T store today bkuz I needed my watch plan to be synced with my phone number, as I am not tech savvy (54 yrs old). Jadon was the rep that assisted me. This young man was very professional, patient and most of all, VERY informative. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't give him 10 stars. Jadon Duncan our customer rep. at the AT&T store was awesome and knowledgeable during our buy....He got me hooked up with a new Samsung A54 and my wife with a new Apple IPhone I14Plus upgrade AND two watches ALL for the same price we were paying prior per month. Jadon was patient with setting up all our new devices and made it a fun experience and kept us informed at every step of the process regarding billing and model selection specifics .Highly recommend .

Well I went to this store to buy a hotspot for my business I looked at their Nighthawk model . My sales person Shane Lenartz did not infirm that the Nighthawk was free for me instead proceeded to sale me the Franklin which is a lesser model. I chose to return it they said they didn't have in stocks and there would be a restocking fee of 55 dollars the nice salesmen Josh sent me over to a different store which helped but the asst. Manger Kate supported and encouraged Josh to sale me the lesser equipment instead if offering the better equipment for free.

Like other service jobs, the employees at this AT&T store must have to deal with many types of customers. Nice, confused, or angry customers. Customers that can make a day at the store enjoyable or frustrating.At our trip to this store yesterday, there were two employees and one fill-in employee. They were all working and being very polite. Not one of them wasted time. Customers came in, were recognized, and entered into the system to be seen. The fill-in employee, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure customers were seen, heard, and happy. He worked the store like a great waiter on a busy day. Kudos, Brent, AT&T should be very pleased to have you on their payroll (and hopefully it shows!)

Such a huge hassle when exchanging a lightening cable cord, even when under warranty. Customer service at this location has gone downhill since I was in last. Extremely disappointed. Also no name tags whatsoever.

We stopped at the AT&T store on Beltline near 28th Street and couldn't have been more happier with the top notch customer support given by Matt.He not only efficiently facilitated our request for an International service add-on but also helped out with several requests including app problems, online payments and home phone questions.He truly was incredible in his eagerness to seek resolutions; given to please; above board with his professionalism and provided us with any other invaluable assistance we requested.After this very satisfactory encounter, we will certainly drive further out of our way to this location.
