Lauren helped me more than she could know, for years I had issues with my back, more specifically after a c section. After the very first visit I was feeling better and able to sit again. She right away pinpointed my issues and helped me not only feel better but taught me how to actually help myself. That’s more than I can say for any treatment I have received in the past. Highly recommend.

Lauren and the receptionist are amazing. I had a total knee replacement and started coming there two days later. Very clean, well-equipped, and great location. I've been getting stronger and recovering so much with their help and kindness.

Due to past athletic and martial arts injuries, I suffered through ever-increasing low-back and hip pain for a number of years. Finally, on October 10, 2022, I had enough and underwent L4/L5 back fusion surgery. Then, on January 10, 2023, I began a program of physical therapy with Madison Polen at Athletico PT.For the past 6 weeks, Madison and I have met two times a week to work on stretching and strengthening my lower back through various of exercises. The results of this therapy have been amazing, and I attribute all of this to the expertise, experience, and knowledge of Madison. She is an excellent physical therapist, but she is also someone who cares about her patients. She regularly asks me how my back is feeling when I arrive for my appointment, as well as throughout the hour of doing these exercises. She's right there with me as I work out, and helps me get the most out of each exercise. She also asks me about what my goals are and what I would like to work on to achieve them. This I really appreciate. I am extremely happy that Madison is my physical therapist, and as the gold stars above indicate, I highly recommend her!

Incredibly knowledgable and friendly team at the Standale location. My first experience with PT, I went in for shoulder pain. Lauren taught me the importance of proper posture and the importance of strengthing other muscle groups. They walked me through effective daily exercises to strengthen target areas. After sticking to the daily exercise routine I noticed a big difference. I'd highly recommend Athletico for anyone in need of physical therapy.

Lauren and Madison are awesome! I saw them for my upper back and they were so helpful in getting to the root of my pain. They set me up for success so that I could continue on my own after discharge! I would recommend this clinic, and any athletico to anyone.

Lauren is fantastic as a physical therapist! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in an easy to understand way. I had such a great experience working with her and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

I had very competent, professional and well trained staff. I was given useful exercises that progressed as my healing progressed. The facility was clean and well equipped for proper treatment. They had a friendly but no nonsense approach for my therapy. I'd highly recommend Athletico for anyone in need of physical therapy.

Such a great team at the Standale location! I went there for a few weeks working on my elbow, and Lauren was so helpful + knowledgeable to help me get to my goals. Grateful for her work -- I'm feeling much better after working with her! Highly recommend!

I went for PT on my foot. Staff is friendly and welcoming, great to work with. I am glad to be done with therapy but I’ll miss their smiling faces.

From the moment Peggy answered the phone, I was treated with friendly respect,service and knowledge!!! The entire check in, billing and check out process was handled with precision and accuracy! Thank you Peggy! Lauren and Madison were full of compassion and knowledge, helping me with my physical, emotional and mental needs throughout my injury. I learned so much from their "team approach" during treatment, and their commitment to help me excel with home exercises and learn different pain levels and how to manage my pain at home. The entire staff became "family" to me during my time in physical therapy at Athletico. I truly "looked forward" to my PT sessions - which is just not something anyone ever does! I will forever be grateful to this great team! Thank you all so very much! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an excellent Physical Therapy team to help them through their healing process!

Lauren and Peggi are fantastic. Peggi does a fantastic job welcoming you and making sure you are informed of the costs and she makes sure that she schedules you at the most convenient time for you. Lauren is super informative and helps you understand exactly why you are doing each exercise. She makes sure that you are comfortable and having a great experience

I truly can't express what a timely blessing it was to receive care at Athletico. The past 3 months have been immensely empowering as the Physical Therapist, Lauren, helped me to gain wisdom on underlying weakness in areas of my body that were impacting other parts of my body. Through the at-home and in-clinic exercises, along with continued physical fitness on my own, my body truly feels the strongest it has been in years (after having 3 kids in 6 years!). Lauren and the receptionist Peggy also graciously accommodated when my children would attend my appointments with me. Not only did coming to Physical Therapy become a highlight in my week, but it also became a highlight in theirs.My knee pain has been eliminated by addressing hip and pelvis weakness and I now feel equipped to know exercises that will help to continue to strengthen these areas of my body.
