My child's "Routine Immunizations Preventive Care" is 100% covered under our plan. ASR denied the claim to cover it. Cool. I love spending hours on the phone so they can say "Yes we should have covered that."

They cover NOTHING. We pay and our employer pays and there is literally no covered benefits. If I could give a negative star I would.

Worst insurance ever. They denied everything. And you have to call and give them a report on what happened. Then if it denied again you have to give them a hand written statement on what happen you also have to sign it.
