If you value your mental health, don't work for Rant/Aspen Insurance Group
Besides the good health insurance and the agent I worked for who is amazing (Rick), Rant Insurance is not a great place to work at. My mental health declined so quickly once they took over. The manager loves to micromanage and she definitely picks her favorites. If you don't do exactly as she says and have any sort of push back she will give you a hard time. The culture is horrible. There is no flexibility whatsoever and even though I gave my two week notice, she did not care & let me go on the spot. I offered to assist as much as I could to make the transition after 8.5 years of being there a little easier but she did not care. You never know what mood you will get from the manager, so depending on her mood that's the type of work day you will have. The only thing I will miss is my close co workers that I built a relationship with, but I deserve so much better. I know what I am worth. They have a hard time keeping employees, but that doesn't surprise me. If you value your time, and health don't work for Rant Insurance/Aspen Insurance.

It was the worst insurance I ever had! They didn’t pay for anything in the whole year I was with them. Broke my hip and they refuse to pay for anything from the emergency room visit to the hip surgery

I have been given the run around for one week by rude, uninterested 'customer service'. I was even hung up on. You people are horrible with your third parties. You don't make it clear to your clients what and who they are actually signing up with. I would never recommend this insurance company to someone who is looking for clear answers.

They are so easy to work with, quick responses and very detailed answers to all my insurance needs. Anytime there was a change (new car, house, etc.) they would find the best deals and made the transition stress free!

Logan has been a Godsend, as he uncovered a mess we had with a workers comp policy in a different state. He contacted them on our behalf, and held our hands through the entire clean-up process. He also saved us quite a bit in premiums and gave us better coverage with our new policies. If you’re looking for a GREAT insurance group, look no more.
