Sent me to T-Mobile, telling me that they couldn’t help. They don’t won’t to help anyone. Had to go back to Apple 4 times before I had a rep that helped and got it done. Said the first 3 people could have don’t it. Store should be shut down or reevaluated there employees. Stop sending them to other carriers.

Mohamed helped my wife and I upgrade our phones, very easy process including the trade in process as well. Apple really seems to have streamlined that. Backed up our phones before anything else so none of our data would be lost. Super easy to go from one phone to the next with the eSIM most if not all carriers use now. I don’t live around here but it was a good experience, will come back if I need anything Apple related and I’m in the area

Drove out to this store at the recommendation of Best Buy to have my daughter's iPad swapped quickly and painlessly. After waiting for ages we were helped by Leah who confirmed the device was broken and should be swapped which was covered by Apple Care. It was not in stock at this time, she took our information and said they will call us when it arrives.A week later and a long since dead iPad I have not heard back and called the store back up. Not only do they claim we did not request a replacement so NOTHING was ordered, the rude manager kept insisting that we did not visit despite finding an appointment later that was made in store but cancelled for some reason? The manager kept talking about how Leah is his BEST employee and they wouldn't make these kinds of mistakes.I am not looking for accountability, I'm looking for things to be fixed. I don't care what she did or did not do, I do not care about your waffling or excuses. When your answer to me was I needed to drive all the way out to the mall AGAIN because of YOUR mistake and I just need to eat the time and gas because of it, my response is to not shop here again.The empty, minimalist and open white floor plan is also an eyesore. My eyes were desperate to see any color by the time we left. It's just white on white on white on white and glass walls, how boring.

I went into the store because my AirPods weren’t working well and see if they could fix it and then they said they did and I put did them on and they weren’t working very well. Still the quality of my AirPods were bad they just don’t care they just want you to leave as quick as you can don’t go there.

Had a appointment set at 12:15 on a Saturday. While the apple specialist that was assigned to help me started. He also was helping other people, so I wasn’t given the attention needed to help me. So they gave me some could you leave your device. I explained I live 2.5 hrs away. But only way they could help is leave device. Next day I get a call its ready. Great. But another 5 hr round trip.I felt treated unfairly ,

Don’t waste your time.Brought an older MacBook Pro in for the parents. Had already diagnosed the issue as a failing screen. Store personal told them the laptop logic board was fried and that the laptop would cost more to repair than it was worth.Opened up the laptop myself found the cable ajar and plugged it in with the help of one YouTube video. Ordered a replacement screen and replaced it as well.Don’t waste your time at this location.

Attended an IPhone photography class back on May 16, 2023 with Dayton. Enjoyed the class but as I sat at the table I noticed an older couple enter the store looking directly over where I was sitting as they approached the two security guards at the entrance. After briefly saying something to them the couple promptly left. Moments later, the two security guards moved to the rear of the store looking at me and stood within my direct line of sight. They scowled a few feet away as I tried to concentrate on the presentation but finally I decided it wasn't worth it. Not sure what was going on but I am aware volunteers working with the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center sometimes show up at private businesses to monitor local citizens. I wanted to learn about photography. But like this? No thanks.

Awful service!! Totally lies too about being able to help me n my Dad. Plus I had an obnoxious clerk tell me 5 different ways it could go wrong !! And they can’t help with phone service!!! What good is it to buy a phone there if you can’t connect to your phone service??
