Worst ever paid them in July for replacement parts for a rotisserie and they never came. Finally in December they claimed they don’t make the parts anymore after holding my $321 and telling me they were coming every month.I asked for a refund and still haven’t seen that yet either. WORST company ever
Update . They tried to smooth the review over claiming they told me they stopped making my rotisserie. That was bull—- they said a 40 day lead time which I was ok with knowing todays delays etc… but my order was place on July 6th and I didn’t tell them to cancel until the end of December after months of them telling me they would check on my order. My billing was also done with quicken books with no card information etc.. on it making searching for my refund difficult. Just an all around poor performance by this company

American Air hoist and Lube does a great job! Eric and his team do a superior job! We had them install two Bend Pak hoists yesterday and the guys did a great job! Left the area clean, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Chris really stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park, killer customer service! The automated phone thingies are a bit difficult, as we kept getting disconnected, but by golly he got er done!

From my first call when I asked for a quotation for a hoist to receipt and installation of the lift, it was a very positive experience and my Rotary Lift is exactly what I wanted. This company was recommended to me by two separate friends and both already own similar lifts. I am totally satisfied with both the product as well as the company and recommend American Hoist to anyone that is considering a hoist in their future.

Way over priced equipment. Also felt like if you have a small shop they wont bother with you. Made it seem like since I was too small of a business they knew I wasn't going to buy any of their stuff. Im sure they are very helpful to big shops or dealerships, but didn't seem to want to spend time dealing with a small garage. Talked about how long they've been in business, but can't find any positive reviews. In all i just felt like they didn't want my money and that they had better stuff to do than help me. Also im preety sure the 5 star review on here is by the owner as its the same name on the business card i got.
